This is an exciting opportunity for internal colleagues to apply for a fixed term role as the Apprenticeships Systems Manager. Please note that this is a fixed term role as it is maternity leave cover. The successful individual will be responsible for managing the Systems and Reporting Team and will oversee the development and maintenance of critical apprenticeship systems and reporting functions. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project manage system development projects, including managing project staffing and resources. 
  • Collaborating with the Head of Apprenticeship Operations to develop a systems and reporting development roadmap.
  • Delivering high quality account management reporting for employer partner.
  • Manage and provide technical support for database and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and availability of reporting.
