Assistant Duty Manager (4044)

First impressions count and its down to our Facilities Team to make sure every single member of the team delivers a knowledgeable, first class customer experience to our staff, students and visitors.

We are looking to recruit Assistant Duty Managers to join our award winning team, who are passionate about the Facilities Management industry. You will need to have a positive, can do attitude with a strong customer service background and be an excellent communicator as well as keeping calm under pressure. A knowledge of the Higher Education sector would be an advantage but not essential

 

About the role:

The Assistant Duty Manager will support the Duty Management Team in delivering soft FM tasks

Develop a team-working environment ensuring compliance with service level agreements and statutory compliance.

You will have knowledge and experience of managing Teams to deliver effective solutions and provide a high level of customer service. 

You will plan and deliver high standards of service to ensure the smooth running of services

You will also be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day activities of the domestic and maintenance teams are carried out.

 

About You:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated individual to support and guide the teams

You will have a good operational knowledge of domestic and maintenance operations

You will have a sound knowledge of relevant H&S activities associated with operations.

You will have supervisory experience in a customer-focussed environment, working with teams delivering housekeeping and maintenance services.

 

The shift patterns for these roles are:

x1 Tue - Fri- 06:15 - 12:30, Saturday 06:15 - 17:15
