Campus IT Support is part of Information Systems and Digital Services, providing customer facing support for the whole range of equipment you would expect from a world-class University. You will be part of a fantastic team of desktop support professionals who use standard diagnosis techniques to identify, prioritise and provide fixes for IT, AV and telephony issues. This is a fixed-term opportunity for 12 months initially.About you
