The Accounting Support team is part of Business Planning and Reporting Services, which provides a wide range of financial and management accounting services to the University, supporting the management of an organisation that has a turnover of over £300m annually.
You will be part of a team that supports Finance Business Partners to provide comprehensive, timely and accurate financial support and advice to operational colleagues and budget holders across all aspects of the University's operations.
You will undertake a range of management and financial accounting duties to support sound financial reporting and take a proactive approach to performing investigative analysis and identify process improvements to maintain a robust control environment. These include:
