About the role:
The Housekeeping Supervisor will provide line management and support to the Housekeeping Team within the University owned Residential properties, developing a team-working environment and ensuring compliance with service level agreements and statutory compliance.
The post holder will support and monitor the performance of the Housekeeping Team to meet timescales and standards as communicated by the Duty Manager.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the day to day activities of the housekeeping team are carried out in accordance with established processes and procedures.
The hours for this role are:
Monday – Friday (08:00 – 15:30)
35 Hours Per week
About the candidate:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to support and guide the Housekeeping teams in delivery of effective customer focused solutions, which provide high levels of customer service.
You will have a good operational knowledge of housekeeping operations within residential properties.
You will have a sound knowledge of relevant H&S activities associated with housekeeping operations within Residential properties.
You will have supervisory experience in a customer-focussed environment, working with teams delivering housekeeping services.
