You will be leading the ‘Infrastructure – End User Compute (EUC)’ team who are primarily responsible for the management and delivery of our large Windows 10 estate, application packaging and deployment, endpoint security and device configuration & management (SCCM, JAMF). The team along with others makes up the Infrastructure & Operations Department, consisting of approximately 40 staff members across multiple specialist areas.
Over the next two years the department is embarking on a process of transformational change. In this area the focus will be streamlining and automating current processes where possible and embracing new technologies where benefits can be realised. We are looking for a strong technical leader to help guide us on that journey.
About the role:The primary focus of the role is to provide technical team leadership and day to day management to a team of skilled EUC and software deployment professionals. You will play a key role in shaping and driving projects, critical pieces of repeatable work and innovative change within your specialist area.
The role requires you to have significant experience of leading technical teams and projects, a strong background in managing enterprise Windows and / or Mac platforms and great interpersonal skills.
