Recruitment Coordinator
We are currently looking for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join the Jobs4Students team. Jobs4Students is part of the Student & Graduate Employment Services within the Careers & Employability Service.
Our aim is to support students in developing their employability skills through paid work experience undertaken alongside their studies. The Jobs4Students team currently provides access to work opportunities on campus for our current students. The team is a well establish team who make a significant impact on the future employment prospects of our students.
The Role
This is a new role that has been created due to the significant growth in demand for the services and the widen of the remit of the Jobs4Students team.
It is excellent opportunity to be part of the team who provide an efficient and compliant end to end recruitment service to the University while ensuring the University meets its legal obligations.
You will play a key role in supporting the ongoing development and expansion of the service to help boost the employability of our students and expand our employer offer. This will also include maintaining and where required, improving the systems used by the team.
About You
You will be proactive and have the ability to manage several projects and campaigns at the same time, balancing their conflicting demands. Experience of maintaining databases and related applicant tracking systems is essential (we use Eploy). You must possess excellent communication skills, be an effective member of a dynamic delivery team and demonstrate working knowledge of efficient administrative processes and excellent customer service skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are also of paramount importance for this role.
It is essential that you have a working knowledge of relevant legislation. Prior experience of mentoring or supervising within a team is desirable.
