Library Experience and Space Manager (4261)

Do you want to join our Library Services team at an exciting time in a brand-new role which is full of possibilities? Providing dynamic leadership you will proactively and positively lead on the development of the Library's customer experience (on campus and digitally) to ensure a consistent and excellent service to all our customers. You will be leading on the creation of a high performing and flexible team with a ‘one team' approach that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.

You will support the campus experience by contributing to the development of library spaces, adapting to an evolving teaching & learning environment, and becoming a proactive partner in learning. Based in our All Saints Library, and with responsibility for the Poetry Library, you will lead a large team in the operation of a 24/7 service in term time and which attracts 1,000 plus customers at busy periods.

Library Services people are resourceful and passionate about providing an excellent and evolving service to the University's 36,000 students and 5,000 staff.
