A university community of over 42,000 people takes some looking after and we know just how important the services that we provide to them and the experiences they take away. First impressions count and it is down to our Receptionist to deliver a knowledgeable, first class customer experience to our staff, students and visitors.
We are looking to recruit someone with front of house experience to join our award winning Facilities team. You will need to have a positive, can do attitude with a strong customer service background and be an excellent communicator as well as keeping calm under pressure.
About the role:
You will working within the Facilities Team and will provide sector leading front of service.
You will provide a knowledgeable, customer focused and dedicated go to customer service point. You will also act as the single point of contact for any issues regarding the building and building services.
About the candidate:
The successful candidate will have the right attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to show discretion and confidentially when required. Experience in a public sector background would be ideal or demonstration of transferable skills and experience gained from another sector.
We currently have 2 permanent vacancies with the following hours of work:
08.00 - 13.30
13.30 - 19.00
