Senior Faculty Planning and Operations Manager
We have an excited new role based in the Faculty Planning and Strategic Support team, supporting the Faculty of Business and Law in the delivery of their strategic objectives and targets. The Senior Faculty Planning and Operations Manager will manage a small team of staff to provide high-level support for Faculty planning processes, strategic initiatives and operational delivery, reporting to the Director of Faculty Planning and Operations (DFPO) and working closely with the Faculty senior management team.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to work autonomously, with authority, to foster and maintain excellent working relationships with staff at all levels across, and where appropriate outside of, the University.

This role sits with the Faculty Planning and Strategic Support team, an essential business partner team supporting the Faculty of Business and Law and part of the wider Strategic Planning Directorate at Manchester Metropolitan University.
It is an exciting time to work at the University as the Strategic Planning Directorate is expanding to respond to new challenges. Strategic Planning supports the delivery of institutional strategy through oversight of the planning process, monitoring and analysing institutional performance, assessing risk and supporting strategy developments. We provide analysis and insight to support policy development.
The Faculty of Business and Law brings together the Business School and Manchester Law School in our award-winning building located in the centre of Manchester. We have supported industry and commerce in the city since 1889; today we offer high quality innovative undergraduate, postgraduate and research degrees, together with professional qualifications recognised by industry associations.
