The Department of Computing and Mathematics is a successful academic community of students and staff committed to achieving high-quality teaching, research and enterprise. The Department delivers courses to over 1500 students across and has over 70 members of academic staff with ambitious plans for growth.

You will teach on undergraduate courses in the Department using pedagogic approaches that deliver a first-class student experience.

Ideal candidate
We are seeking applications from individuals who have expertise in the fields of Software Development or Computer Networks. The candidate is expected experience in core Software Development or Computer Networking developed through either industrial or academic experience. We would welcome applicants with experience from either Higher or Further education or other training providers.

You will be expected to contribute flexibly to teaching in any of the Computer Science areas including programming (e.g. Java, C++, C#) at undergraduate lower levels and foundation year.
