Our Business Partner model enables us to pinpoint the exact expertise required in every area of the University. Given the freedom to work autonomously, our Business Partners provide valuable insight and reflect the interests of their business area within the wider university community. The team complements the rest of our award-winning HR team, delivering everything from management support to project delivery, generalist HR to learning and development, organisational change to cost reduction and resourcing. Working as the trusted voice of HR across the University, the team is encouraged to deliver innovative approaches with lasting impacts.
