Executive Officer, Executive Support Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Manchester Metropolitan University for an enthusiastic and proactive Executive Officer to work alongside the Personal Assistants in the Executive Support team to provide a high- quality administrative service to our stakeholders. The Executive Officer will also undertake diary management and support meetings for Heads of Department as required. This is a position where the right individual can make a difference in a vibrant, busy and fulfilling environment, joining a team working collaboratively to provide a high level of service.

About the role:
You will work alongside the PAs with responsibility for a range of activities including organising events, travel arrangements, conference bookings and supporting PA activities as required. This is a fast-paced, varied and challenging role that requires a flexible, pro-active approach in a progressive Team and organisation.
