We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Compliance Officer to help manage operational visa support for students recruited via our new International College partnership with Navitas.

The Role:

As Senior Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Pre-Enrolment Compliance team, working alongside colleagues to oversee Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) production, Right to Study checks, and visa-related enquiries from prospective international students. A key focus of this role will be supporting recruitment and compliance activities within the newly established International College partnership with Navitas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an operational strategy for applicants from the International College.
  • Identify ways to keep prospective students engaged and supported through the visa application process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our corporate partner, Navitas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that support visa application processes.
  • Analyse market risks to inform future CAS production.
  • Identify efficiencies while ensuring quality standards in CAS and Right to Study processes for the International College.
  • Line management of the International Compliance Assistant.

What We're Looking For:

  • Knowledge of UK Visas and Immigration and experience within higher education or a related field.
  • Experience in process development and improvement.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A clear understanding of the risks and challenges within the UK immigration landscape.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to lead initiatives to improve the applicant experience.
