An exciting opportunity has arisen at Manchester Metropolitan University for an enthusiastic and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support a member(s) of the Senior Executive Team within the University.  This is a position where the right individual can make a difference in a vibrant, busy and fulfilling environment, joining a team working collaboratively to provide a high level of service to our Faculties.

About the role:

You will provide 1:1 PA support for a member(s) of the Senior Executive Team in ensuring the smooth running of their offices with responsibility for a range of PA activities including events, project work and supporting your stakeholder with their priorities. This is a fast-paced, varied and challenging role that requires a flexible, pro-active approach in a progressive Team and organisation.

You will be hard working, a quick learner and keen to understand and help deliver outstanding customer service at pace.  You will develop solutions to complex problems and excel in working collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues and networks.
