An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to join Manchester Metropolitan University and play a key role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Deputy Vice-Chancellor (DVC). Working closely with the EPA/office manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of this high-profile office.
In this role, you will assist the EPA/office manager in providing dedicated PA support to the COO/DVC, supporting a wide range of activities, including:
- Diary and inbox management to ensure priorities are met.
- Organising and supporting events and key meetings.
- Coordinating projects and contributing to initiatives that drive the University forward.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Working closely with the Vice-Chancellor's office, you will be part of a collaborative team that delivers exceptional support to the University's Senior Executive Team and provides a high level of service across our Faculties and Professional Services.
