You'll work with colleagues across the University to help students access opportunities that support their personal and professional development.
About the role:

- Coordinate projects, events and student development activities.
- Keep systems, processes and information up to date.
- Support communications and student engagement activity.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues across the University.
- Monitor data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the smooth running of financial, procurement and administrative processes.
- Help academic colleagues engage with experiential learning opportunities.
About you:
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and making things happen. You will be organised, adaptable and comfortable managing a range of activities at the same time. You'll enjoy finding practical solutions, improving ways of working and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
You'll be able to demonstrate:
- Experience coordinating projects, services or activities.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- An ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of people.
- Confidence using information and data to support decision-making.
- Good digital skills, including Microsoft 365.
- A commitment to providing an excellent experience for students and colleagues.
