About the Job
As a Jobs4Students Advisor, you will:
- Support students and hiring managers through the entire hiring process, providing a friendly and professional advice.
- Manage recruitment activity, overseeing the full recruitment process for key departmental accounts, including advertising roles, shortlisting, organising interviews and providing feedback.
- Deliver seamless service operations, completing right‑to‑work checks and ensuring accurate data collection for HR/payroll processes.
- Build Relationships and Improve the Service, proactively developing strong relationships with key hiring departments.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Skilled at supporting a diverse audience with clear, accurate information.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities independently.
- Confident using digital systems and able to quickly learn new processes.
- Customer‑focused and committed to providing an inclusive, supportive service.
Experience within recruitment, HR or a complex administrative environment is welcomed, but not essential if you can demonstrate transferable skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
